Custom impediment backlog setup
One of the basic artifacts that scrum uses is the backlog. It is used as the Sprint Backlog to plan a Sprint, as the Product Backog to keep track of all work in the Product and as the Impediment Backlog for the Scrum Master to keep track of impediments.
But in the end it's just a prioritized list of items - and you can use that wherever you have a need for that.
In this movie we demonstrate how dragging a story also drags along the child tasks. This makes prioritizing Stories very convient for the Product Owner.
Burndown Chart: Sudden Drop. Here we show you how removing work from a Sprint (for instance dropping a story) is visualized in the Burndown Chart.
Burndown Chart: Hide Weekends. You might choose to not show the weekends in the Burndown Chart to avoid the flatline on saturday and sunday.
